Our results will not fall apart under examination. We won’t waste  your time with charts and graphs that do not hold up under cross examination.  We know a strong claim can be ruined by just one factual error.  That is why we deliver thorough results for you.

How we protect you from the “gotcha” moments…

One thing I understand from being an expert witness so many times, is this. Finesse and book smarts alone will fail to reach the winning answer when you do not have a practical understanding of how things work together.

That’s why my team scrutinizes all of the variables. We know it’s easy to assume how something should happen and totally miss the real answer that is found by knowing what did happen. That is the simple secret of our success.   It is also why our answers hold up under scrutiny from other experts and opposing counsel.

We’ll always report to you what happened in clear terms with irrefutable research that you and the jury will easily understand.   That’s why we’ve been trusted in so many cases.

That’s why you can trust us.

Paul Gogulski
Hertz-construction-expert

Hertz attorneys then continued: “Let’s start out with Mr. Gogulski’s report, and go page by page…Four hours later, the settlement conference concluded that “wrongful termination” was indeed justified, and all amounts due Hertz claimed by Mr. Gogulski were correct.

“Mr. Gogulski’s forensic analysis was used successfully to settle the contractor’s claim for “wrongful discharge” in construction of a new service center in Las Vegas. The settlement conference consisted of five attorneys representing the general contractor and two attorneys representing Hertz. One of Las Vegas’s premier construction attorneys, representing the general contractor, started the conference by boldly stating: “The minimum we are willing to settle this case is for $xxxxxxx,” then left the room.

Hertz attorneys then continued: “Let’s start out with Mr. Gogulski’s report, and go page by page”. Four hours later, the settlement conference concluded that “wrongful termination” was indeed justified, and all amounts due Hertz claimed by Mr. Gogulski were correct. None of the four plaintiff attorneys, or the expert hired by the contractor, could dispute any of the facts stated in Mr. Gogulski’s forensic report.

“Thanks for all your great work; it helped us settle this case yesterday”
