Paul Gogulski, P.E.
Mr. Gogulski has 12 year’s experience in consulting, expert testimony and claims, both nationally and internationally. He started his career with Bechtel Corporation in San Francisco, and grew in progressively more responsible steps to Project Manager and Vice President with general contractors. He was recruited to General Electric’s corporate Real Estate and Construction Operation (RECO) and managed construction of industrial projects on the east coast, then was selected by his former supervisor at GE to oversee Disney’s Contemporary Resort Hotel in Orlando. He is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of design and construction from an owner’s perspective and that of a contractor as well as an architect/engineer.
As a construction executive with proven performance on multiple, multi-million dollar projects during an extensive career, my core competency set and leadership approach was established with general contractors such as Bechtel, George A. Fuller Co., Ralph M. Parsons, and NICO Construction Co., with owners such as General Electric, Disney, Teradyne, Sheraton Hotels, New York City Transit, New York City School Construction Authority, and the US Army Corps of Engineers, and with engineers such as Kaiser Engineers, and others.
I specialize in executing new projects to meet the strict demands of my employer/clients. Furthermore, I can offer an unparalleled record of driving full-scale turnarounds for under-performing, over budget, and delayed projects. The history I bring to the table includes skills greatly refined to meet today’s demanding requirements for professionalism, integrity, and bottom line results.
