Our firm provides a full range of consulting services for civil engineering and general contracting  related to the construction and insurance industry. Gogulski & Associates Inc. is experienced in large scale civil and infrastructure projects.  Our review of architectural and civil engineering design issues have led to  value engineering improvements as well as settlement. In addition,  we have acted as mediator on design-build  litigation.    Seminars and speaking assignments are provided upon request to  engineers, facility professionals, general contractors, and clients both nationally and internationally.   

Construction claims requires the highest level of professionalism, and due diligence in establishing facts that are irrefutable in court. The litigation process is expensive. Professor Roman Hryciw, phD has contributed significantly as a key team member of Gogulski & Associates Inc.  where our clients required the highest level of geotechnical engineering on  soils and related design issues. He was instrumental at Owens Lake, California  in identifying cause of soil failure which had delayed progress for our client of this 30 mile dust mitigation project.  His analysis of soil conditions of a marina under construction in Tennessee resulted in the discovery of a gravel layer below the borings which caused liquefaction which the contractor could not have anticipated during bidding. We are proud of his continued support for specialized assignments to our clients.

Insurance claims covers everthing from a small slip trip and fall to a major claim involving hundreds of millions in dispute. Construction claims requires the highest level of professionalism.
