Mr. Gogulski gained the legal aspects of construction while employed by General Electric's corporate Real Estate and Construction Operation in Schenectady, New York. After a national search for an expert, Mr. Gogulski was selected as mediator for resolution of litigation involving a design-build process plant in Ohio. He is on the Construction Committee of the American Bar Association, and is active in a wide variety of construction litigation, personal injury, accidents, and forensic investigations.
