Mr. Gogulski's firm has worked with attorneys throughout the country. He gained the legal aspects of construction while employed by General Electric's corporate Real Estate and Construction Operation in Schenectady, New York.

After a national search for an expert, Mr. Gogulski was selected by the attorneys involved in litigation for a design-build process plant in Ohio. He successfully resolved the dispute through mediation.

He is on the Construction Committee of the American Bar Association, and is active in a wide variety of construction litigation, personal injury, accidents, and forensic investigations.

He was also Resident Construction Manager for Ralph M Parsons in Saudi Arabia, and Project Manger for George A. Fuller Co in Boston, and NICO Construction Co. in New York.

Gogulski & Associates, Inc. has vast experience at investigating and analyzing disputes, and can assist contractors in:

Mr. Gogulski supervised a design team consisting of four architectural firms while employed by Kaiser Engineers as Development Manager for Boston's $900 million Southwest Corridor Project.

He also oversaw Welton Becket's design effort for the Contemporary Resort Hotel while assigned to Disney.

Gogulski Associates has been involved with an extensive number of design related disputes which help define the meaning of the word "professional".
