Starting with Bechtel Corporation in San Francisco, Mr. Gogulski successfully led teams in the planning, organizing and delivery of industrial, commercial, residential, public works, and high technology projects.  His experience includes Director of Facilities (the owner's perspective), Project Manager and Vice President (the general contractor's perspective, and Director of Development (public works, architectural supervision and real estate development).

We specialize as experts in  construction accidents and personal injury expert testimony. Every case is important to us; no case is too big or too small. We are certified by OSHA as a construction industry trainer, and by the US Army Corps of Engineers as Quality Control Manager. We provide on site field engineering and quality control services as an extension of staff.

Our reports usually result in settlement. If the case goes to court, we provide  testimony from the experience gained during the past twelve (12) years on over 200 cases in 18 states.   

We are experienced at: construction defects, delay claims, general contracting,  standards of care,  contract dispues, structural defects, site safety, quality control, design errors and omissions,  and planning and scheduling.

Recently, we have partnered  with Applied Science International (ASI)  to provide  failure analysis. ASI's propriety sofware for extreme loading illustrates results in three dimensions.   This technology is  state of art, and was approved for use by the Homeland Security Safety Act  to insure our clients against bomb threats  and natural disasters.
