We specialize as experts in safety, OSHA compliance,  construction accidents as well as claims of every description.

Every case is important to us; no case is too big or too small. We are certified by OSHA as a construction industry trainer, and by the US Army Corps of Engineers as Quality Control Manager. We provide on site field engineering and quality control services as an extension of staff.

Our reports usually result in settlement. If the case goes to court, we provide  testimony from the experience gained during the past twelve (12) years on over 200 cases in 18 states.   

We are experienced at: construction defects, delay claims, general contracting,  standards of care,  contract dispues, structural defects, site safety, quality control, design errors and omissions,  and planning and scheduling.

Recently, we have partnered  with Applied Science International (ASI)  to provide  failure analysis using the most sophisticated sofware in the industry.
