The history I bring to the table is extensive. The enclosed curriculum vitae details the highlights of my selected achievements. The totality of my career spans much more. Gogulski & Associates was contacted by the World Bank to investigate defects on US cranes used for refinery construction at Zhanaozen, the Republic of Kazakstan. Paul has completed contract assignments for the US Navy at Kwajelin, Marshall Islands, and for Ralph M. Parsons at Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. Mr. Gogulski recently presented seminars in construction claims management in Abu Dahbi, and Jeddah.
