Gogulski & Associates, Inc. specializes in a wide variety of claims, construction accidents, and testimony on personal injury litigation. We are experienced in general contracting, forensic engineering,  structural failure, and every  aspect of construction litigation. If requested, will act as an extension of staff, and are qualifed as Quality Control Manager by the United States Army Corps of Engineers.  We are also an OSHA certified construction outreach trainer.

Gogulski & Associates, Inc. has completed over 200 cases in 18 states over the last 12 years. We provided reports, depositions and court testimony on slips trips and falls as well as major construction litigation.  No case is too big or too small.
